Surf Dive ‘n’ Ski – Paradise Centre – Surfers Paradise
Surf Dive ‘n’ Ski opened at The Paradise Centre on the 16th of June 2022. This is the first of many new retailers that will open over the coming months. Ausmaid are delivering Tenancy Coordination services for Challenger as part of the new entertainment and beach culture precinct redevelopment works.
Crossroads Industrial Estate Casula NSW – Harvey Norman Commercial
Ausmaid has been engaged by Dexus to provide project management services for the new Harvey Norman Commercial logistics facility at the Crossroads Industrial Estate in the south-western Sydney suburb of Casula. The facility consists of a 17,000 m2 warehouse and 2,000 m2 office including associated hardstand and landscape works. Development consent was received in December 2021 and works have now commenced on site.
Paradise Centre – Surfers Paradise QLD
Ausmaid has been engaged by Challenger to provide Tenancy Coordination services on the redevelopment of the Paradise Centre in Surfers Paradise. The eastern end of the centre, which fronts the world famous Surfers Paradise Beach, is being redeveloped to create a dining and entertainment precinct which will link through to the existing centre via a new beach culture retail precinct. Demolition and construction works have commenced on the base building and negotiations are well advanced with an exciting list of potential retailers for the centre.
Elevation Industrial Estate – Greystanes NSW
Ausmaid has been engaged by ISPT to provide project management and superintendent services on their new industrial development at Greystanes in Sydney. Our scope includes the early site works package which includes demolition of the old Boral Headquarters, site remediation works, bulk earthworks and the delivery of the first warehouse which has been pre-leased to Bunzl Australia. The warehouse consists of a 22,000 m2 state of the art logistics facility with associated offices and expansive hardstand areas. Works have commenced on site and we look forward to completing this project in 2022.
Australian Sports Nutrition Opens at Gateway Shopping Centre
Australian Sports Nutrition opened their latest outlet at Gateway Shopping Centre in Darwin on 17th July 2021. They provide a wide range of sports nutrition products and sports apparel to help you reach your health & fitness goals. Ausmaid provided Tenancy Coordination services on behalf of the the centre joint venture owners Coombes Property Group and Challenger.
Muffin Break Opens at Gateway Shopping Centre
Muffin Break opened their latest kiosk at Gateway Shopping Centre in Darwin on 7th May 2021. Positioned in a prominent location directly out the front of Big W, the kiosk provides a delicious range of freshly baked muffins and coffee. Ausmaid provided Tenancy Coordination services on behalf of the the centre joint venture owners Coombes Property Group and Challenger.
Sushi Hub Opens at Gateway Shopping Centre
Sushi Hub opened their latest kiosk at Gateway Shopping Centre in Darwin on 8th April 2021. Positioned in a prominent location directly out the front of Woolworths the kiosk provides a delicious range of sushi products. Angelakis Bros Opens at The Grove Shopping Centre
Following a 6 week fitout, Angelakis Bros opened for trade on 18th February 2021 at The Grove Shopping Centre in South Australia. The addition of this outstanding retailer compliments the fresh food precinct in the centre which includes Barossa Fine Foods, Tony & Marks and D&S Meats. Ausmaid provided Tenancy Coordination services on behalf of Challenger.
MyCar Tyre & Auto Opens at The Grove Shopping Centre
After a three month fitout, MyCar Tyre & Auto opened at The Grove Shopping Centre on 15th December 2020. Providing servicing and vehicle repairs via five dedicated service bays, the new facility provides a great addition to the external pad site automotive precinct. Ausmaid provided Tenancy Coordination services on behalf of Challenger.
Nanna’s Place Cafe Opens at Lennox Village
The new Nanna’s Place Cafe at Lennox Village Shopping Centre opened on the 19th December 2020. Designed by Totem Design and fitout by TTM Projects, the new cafe is an excellent addition to the Centre.
